Ammara One

Business description
Ammara One is a Dubai-based Design & Build developer. The company specializes in full-cycle general contracting and partner co-investment in real estate. The brand leverages 17 years of experience and a track record of participating in major infrastructure projects across the CIS and the world, including CUT CUT Ninja Arena (Dubai), Urban Boutique Hotel (Dubai), The Palace of Happiness (Baku), and Milli National Gymnastics Arena (Baku), along with numerous private villas in the Middle East region.

Challenge and objectives
The client approached us for an urgent redesign ahead of the new season launch. The legacy Tilda-based platform had exhausted its potential: it failed to reflect the brand’s premium positioning, while its technical limitations hindered effective promotion in both traditional and AI-driven search results.
We faced two interconnected objectives. The short-term goal was to prime the platform for paid traffic acquisition and boost conversion rates by entirely reimagining the user journey. The overarching objective was to establish a robust technical foundation to capture organic traffic and position the brand at the top of AI Overviews (AIO) across key regional markets.
The project's primary hurdle was the extreme timeline. We had to compress a full cycle of analysis, design, and development into just seven days. Within this window, we were tasked with creating a competitive visual identity, executing the frontend development, integrating a flexible CMS for portfolio management, localizing the site into a second language, and designing a scalable architecture for future Arabic translation.
Simultaneously, we were expected to deliver flawless code quality—ensuring optimal loading speeds and guaranteed synthetic performance metrics (PageSpeed) ahead of the ad campaign launch. Spoiler: we exceeded all expectations and delivered unprecedented results.

Concept and work process
We began with rigorous time management: allocating three days for analysis and design, and four days for technical implementation. An audit of the legacy site revealed several fundamental issues: visual fragmentation, the absence of a unified grid, and critical flaws in the user journey, where a lengthy path to submit a request and the lack of a CTA on the first screen severely hindered conversions.
Throughout the process, we revised the narrative logic and designed 13 unique sections, a project directory, dynamic internal templates, and three service pages. Now, users are greeted by targeted action buttons on the very first screen, while intuitive navigation allows a one-click transition to WhatsApp for instant consultation.
We built the visual concept around the metaphor of precision engineering. Retaining brand recognition, we eliminated stylistic chaos by implementing a strict columnar layout with a unified sightline, an unconventional grid, and sharp-angled accents. The design became more assertive and technologically advanced, while the refined use of negative space more effectively guides users toward key actions.
The functional core was developed with business autonomy in mind. We deployed a CMS featuring distinct entities: "Projects" for portfolio generation, "Tags" for quick markup of completed works, and "Categories" for convenient case filtering.
Our primary technical focus was on performance and search engine readiness. We deliberately minimized the use of custom scripts; the site utilizes only a single JS component. Furthermore, we optimized media content and configured the preloading of essential site elements: fonts, large above-the-fold graphics, and third-party libraries necessary for proper functionality. As a result, the critical volume of content loads before the user even encounters a loading screen.
The codebase is fully structured for modern indexing algorithms: meta tags are configured, Schema.org microdata is integrated, and an llms.txt file is generated specifically for AIO. The project fully complies with regulatory Accessibility standards—we established a proper heading hierarchy, conducted a contrast audit, and implemented correct aria attributes.

Results
The project was delivered strictly within the allotted one-week timeframe. Consequently, the client received a premium visual language and a powerful technological foundation ready to convert any incoming traffic, whether from seasonal advertising campaigns or long-term organic and AI search.
During testing, we recorded outstanding metrics: a Performance score of 98 on mobile devices and 99 on desktop, alongside a perfect 100 in Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. For the new Agentic Browsing metric, which evaluates a website's readiness to interact with AI agents, the platform achieved a maximum score of 3 out of 3.
This sprint tested our team's endurance and prompted us to rethink several internal processes. The project proved that "fast" and "high-quality" are not mutually exclusive concepts. We completely rebuilt the classic approach to web production and demonstrated that a digital product can indeed be launched from scratch in just seven days, ensuring guaranteed results and zero risks for the client.
