indiBiome Quiz

The indiBiome team required an anonymous digestive health survey for internal research purposes. The goal was to collect real data from potential customers to refine marketing communications and strengthen the product’s value proposition with actual statistics.

The main challenge involved balancing rapid implementation with a clean design that followed the existing brand identity and ensured reliable data transfer to external systems. The design had to strictly adhere to the indiBiome brand book so that the quiz would be perceived as an organic part of the main website on InSales.

Webflow was chosen for the implementation because it provided predictable loading speeds, full design control, and a clean architecture for integration with external services. The interface was designed with a focus on maximizing completion rates, featuring no unnecessary elements and ensuring correct adaptation for all devices and screen resolutions.

To handle data transfer, an n8n instance was deployed; structured identifiers were assigned to each form field, and a handler script was written to format responses and send them directly to a table via the Google API. The system includes seven questions and 27 answer options, with every completed survey automatically appearing in Google Sheets in a format ready for analysis.

PageSpeed Insights recorded a score of 98 on desktop, an excellent result that directly supports the business objectives. High loading speeds ensure that visitors open the page and immediately engage with the quiz without irritation or unnecessary friction.

The indiBiome team received a stable data collection tool that fits organically within the brand and automatically generates a structured table of responses after every completion.
