GoDobry

Business description
GoDobry is a one-year development program for students and graduates created by Multon Partners (whose brand portfolio includes Dobry, Rich, Bona Aqua, Pulpy, and others). The initiative was designed as a powerful career launchpad in the FMCG sector. Over 12 months, participants progress from beginners to confident specialists in one of 10 specialized tracks. The project's primary goal is to find, train, and retain promising talent within the corporation through deep immersion in real-world tasks.

Challenge and objectives
For the GoDobry project, we handled the technical execution: front-end development, interface logic, and connecting the front-end to the server side. The Ar team, in turn, was responsible for the copywriting, design, media content, and developing the backend service for processing resumes.
Initially, we were tasked with adding new content blocks and expanding the functionality of an existing website. However, our technical audit revealed that it was far more efficient to rebuild the project from scratch. The old site was built using the Lumos methodology, which was excessive for a small landing page and cumbersome for future maintenance.
The main challenge was delivering a clean, scalable product tied to strict performance KPIs. We were required to integrate a complex application form while surpassing the PageSpeed Performance metrics of the previous site. We provided our standard performance guarantee: a score of at least 95 on desktop and 75 on mobile devices.

Concept and work process
To ensure the project's flexibility and ease of future maintenance, we built the architecture using the ClientFirst methodology. This is the gold standard for landing pages, allowing both our team and third-party developers to seamlessly scale the project down the line.
To optimize loading speeds, we utilized the modern GSAP library for the hero screen effects, while all other animations were built natively using CSS properties in Webflow: 3D cards with content on both sides, sticky blocks, and smooth pop-ups.
The bulk of the programming work was dedicated to the application form logic. To bypass the limitations of basic Webflow forms, we developed a custom solution utilizing 322 lines of code. The script manages the step-by-step mechanics and validates data on the fly. The form submission logic is powered by the SA5 library from Sygnal, which allowed us to bypass foreign servers to ensure compliance with Russian data privacy laws.
In close collaboration with Ar's IT specialists, we successfully configured the form's synchronization with the partner's service, ensuring the reliable and secure transfer of candidate data. A separate phase was dedicated to analytics: for transparent conversion tracking, we integrated Yandex Metrica and set up 23 tracked events across key stages of the user funnel.

Results
The full development cycle took exactly 14 days. Clean code architecture and highly optimized animations allowed us to exceed the promised loading speed KPIs. The landing page demonstrated excellent PageSpeed results: a score of 97 on desktop and 82 on mobile.
Our joint effort yielded maximum impact: the Ar team significantly enhanced the visual and functional aspects of the landing page, while we ensured flawless technical execution. As a result of this collaboration, Multon Partners received a fast, highly effective digital tool for their key HR initiative.
